Advertising at NA-PAC'13
NA-PAC, held every two years, is the general conference for the North American particle accelerator community (with substantial international attendance as well). We expect the delegates to be 500+ decision-making managers, scientists, engineers, developers, users, and students from around the world. With its emphasis on the engineering and technology side of accelerators, NA-PAC'13 is an ideal way to reach customers in accelerator products and systems, components and materials, manufacturing and laboratory technology, diagnostics and testing equipment, and software and services.

To raise your organization or company's profile with this audience, consider advertising. As detailed below, a variety of opportunities are available to suit a variety of marketing strategies and budgets.
Some of these opportunities are inherently limited in number. First come, first served. The deadline for advertising opportunities is August 1, 2013, because of the lead times for production, delivery, and handling.
Program BookletThe Conference Program Booklet will be used by delegates throughout the Conference. The cover will be a coat-pocket-sized colored glossy (specs will be provided after you sign up), with the inside text pages printed in black and white. The back outside cover will be available in color.

- Inside Front Cover (color): $1,500
- Inside Back Cover (color): $1,500
- Full-page Internal (black and white): $1,000
- Half-page Internal (black and white): $500
Literature Table for Publishers: $300NA-PAC’13, at its discretion, may allow approved publishers to display literature on the NA-PAC’13 Literature Table, which will be located in a prominent area at the Pasadena Convention Center. At $300, this is a minimally expensive promotion. You would send the display materials to GES directly, where they will be received by the NA-PAC’13 conference management team, Centennial Conferences. Centennial staff will display and replenish the materials and, if requested, mail extras back to the Company.
All materials must be received by GES, the NA-PAC’13 exhibit decorator, by Friday, September 6th. Information on how to ship your materials to GES will be provided when you sign up.
