NA-PAC'13 Satellite MeetingsWe anticipate that a number of satellite meetings will be held in conjunction with the NA-PAC’13. If you would like to arrange for a meeting during the Conference, please contact the NA-PAC’13 Conference Manager, Paula Pair, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Limited space is available at the Pasadena Convention Center, Sheraton Pasadena Hotel and the Hilton Pasadena Hotel. Space is available at all three locations is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:
- Time (start and end times)
- Anticipated attendance number
- Setup (U-shape, conference style, etc.)
- Audio visual requirements
- Internet requirements
- Electrical requirements
- Food and beverage requirements
- Location of meeting preference (1 - Pasadena Convention Center, 2 - Sheraton Pasadena Hotel and 3 - Hilton Pasadena Hotel)
- Subject/Title of Meeting Organizer's Contact Information (with email address)
- On-site point of contact (if not the Meeting Organizer noted above)
In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for setting up direct billing arrangements with the meeting venue’s point of contact. NA-PAC’13 is not responsible for satellite meeting related expenses.
