If you have attended, exhibited at, or submitted an abstract to a member conference of JACoW (the Joint Accelerator Conferences Website collaboration), you should already have a profile. If you are new to these conferences or have forgotten your username, signing up is easy; just click that link and follow the instructions under "Are you a new user?"

Banquet tickets are not sold separately. Those who wish to attend social functions, but are not attending any technical sessions or the exhibits, should select Accompanying Person Registration.

The delegate, student and retire registrations include admittance to the Women in Engineering Event. This event will begin with a formal presentation by notable leaders working in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), followed by a reception with light hors d’oeurves and a cash bar. Advance signup via the registration website (SPMS) is appreciated.

What Your Registration Fee Includes

  • Social events—Welcome Reception and Banquet (except Single-Day Registration)
  • Coffee breaks

All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee, including invited speakers and chairpersons.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, and bank draft. Advance registration through the SPMS online system is strongly preferred. Payment onsite will be by credit card, check, or cash. All checks must be in $US and drawn on a US bank, and should be made payable to "The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc."

Payment in full must be made (or postmarked) by July 26, 2013 to qualify for the early-registration discount.


Registration is Required for Admission to the Conference

Admission to the Conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the Conference for registration check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Conference Managers, Centennial Conferences. For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Monday, August 19, 2013. Cancellations after August 19, 2013 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the NA-PAC'13 organizers. Refunds will be made by credit card, check or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.

Advance Registration Cutoff Date

Advance registration online will be available until Monday, September 16, 2013. After that, please register on-site. On-site registration will open at 12:00 PM on Sunday, September 29, 2013.
